At Ceramica Studio, we take great pride in every piece we create. As a very small, family-run business specializing in 3D printed ceramics, each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the handcrafted nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes issues can occur during shipping.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique, artisanal process behind each of our 3D printed ceramics, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We ask that you please review your order carefully before purchase.

Returns for Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our ceramics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged due to issues in transit, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Notification:

You must email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork at ceramicastudio.lab@gmail.com. Please include your order details and clear photographs of the damage.

2. Return of Damaged Item:

Once you have contacted us, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item.

3. Replacement or Refund:

Replacement: Upon receipt of the damaged item, if a replacement is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.

Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
